Business as Usual
Following the recent Government announcement for a second Lockdown commencing Thursday 5th November we would like to reassure our clients and suppliers that we will be operating business as usual.
However in order to safeguard our team, clients and suppliers all meetings will be virtual until further notice.
For the resumption
We hope to be back in person soon.
For visitors and clients:
- If you are unwell with COVID-19 symptoms do not come into the office. Let us know in advance and we can arrange for a virtual meeting instead.
- Wear a face covering while inside our premises.
- Register your contact details with us when attending our offices.
- Sanitise your hands when you come into the building and regularly while in the office with soap and water or hand sanitiser for at least 20 seconds
- Follow catch it, kill it, bin it for coughs and sneezes
- Maintain social distancing. Stay 1 metre + from others
- Only one person to attend our offices at a time where possible

Our colleagues will ensure we:
- Do not come to the office with COVID-19 symptoms and ensure you inform your manager as soon as possible
- Have proper ventilation throughout the office
- Continue to work from home unless scheduled to be in on the rota or if otherwise necessary
- Provide hygiene products throughout the office including hand sanitiser, anti-bacterial wipes and tissues. Masks and gloves are available if desired.
- Sanitise our hands when coming into the building and regularly with hand sanitiser or soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after touching surfaces that come into common contact with others such as door handles, multi-function devices and printers
- Follow catch it, kill it, bin it for coughs and sneezes
- Clear desks completely before leaving the office
- Wipe down desks, keyboards, mice and phones before and after use with anti-bacterial wipes
- Wipe down items delivered and do not have personal deliveries made to the office
- Do not go to enclosed spaces outside of the office unless leaving for the day if possible
