The Process
We will help you through the four main steps that you need to undertake to comply with the law.
- To prepare an annual report and financial statement for the year end 31 August
- To get the auditors to audit your accounts and prepare the external audit for the financial statements.
- Submit the audited accounts to ESFA within four months of the year end date.
- File the accounts with Companies House as required under the Companies Act.
Presentation of the accounts
Finally, we can help you present the audited accounts at your AGM.
