Thank you for a wonderful and carefree Christmas this year. I will thoroughly enjoy it and there will be no last minute panicking, sleepless nights (on 30 January), remembering the gov.uk password, and freaking out over tax Return when i come back from Christmas holiday. The nightmare is already over.
All these years I was told by my colleagues that I don’t really need an accountant to check my taxes, because it all so straightforward that all I need is a simple Excel sheet. I was happy to do that but I’ve realised over the years that the Self-Assesment forms are becoming more complicated, especially when I paid substantial tax a year ago. Finances and taxes are a great mystery to me, however I was aware that I might have caused myself quite some damage over the years, and am in danger to cause even more.
This year you took the Tax Return burden off me at the end of Summer. This was a very clever move as I had enough time to compile the necessary paperwork. And now it is all done.
It is strange having nothing to do and nothing to worry about. But I am very happy for the work your team has done for me. moreover, you live up to your name and you really have a lot of patience to explain things to someone like me.
I always knew what is now confirmed – that it is the least painful to let an expert do the job they do best. I will not hesitate to recommend you to my colleagues and friends, and anyone I hear panicking about taxes and finances.
